Website Education Executive Agency is experiencing a malfunction

The website of the Education Executive Agency (DUO) is not available on Monday morning due to a malfunction. The service is off the air both via the website and by telephone.

The website of the Education Executive Agency (DUO) is not available on Monday morning due to a malfunction. The service is off the air both via the website and by telephone.

On the website it is currently not possible to log in to My DUO, a portal where matters such as student finance, loans and student debt can be arranged, a spokesperson told NU.nl.

The cause is a technical malfunction as a result of regular maintenance work. The service is expected to be back on the air in the early afternoon.
