Three women were arrested on Friday afternoon for stealing items of clothing. The clothing had a value of 6,000 euros.
After walking around the store for more than an hour and a half and, it turned out, had stolen 160 items of clothing, the women were caught by two plainclothes police officers. A security guard at the clothing store on the Damrak spotted the three while they were stealing the clothes and decided to have them followed by two officers.
The women had taken 160 items worth 1,000 euros from the clothing store. Another 5,000 euros worth of clothing was found in their house in West. The women had stolen clothes in the city on three different days.
