A man has already ended up in a canal while performing a parking maneuver with his scooter. Bystanders helped him out of the water and called emergency services.
The incident happened on the Wittenkade in West, around 5.15 pm.
After the man was helped to the side, he walked to his house nearby. An ambulance has now arrived there and is being examined by the staff.
