KLM is currently not allowed to fly passengers from Schiphol to Hong Kong

Airline KLM is currently no longer allowed to transport passengers from Amsterdam to Hong Kong. A spokesperson for the company confirms this when asked.

Airline KLM is currently no longer allowed to transport passengers from Amsterdam to Hong Kong. A spokesperson for the company confirms this when asked. According to the spokesperson, this has to do with new, stricter measures related to the corona virus that the Hong Kong authorities have announced. “KLM is negotiating the length of the period to which this applies.” KLM is allowed to take travelers on board from Hong Kong to Schiphol. Cargo is still flown between Amsterdam and Hong Kong. At the beginning of March, KLM announced that it would no longer fly to Hong Kong every day due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Flights resumed in May.
