“I could no longer keep it a secret,” she writes with a picture of her stomach. The model says she is “very enthusiastic”, because her daughter Naleya will become “a big sister”. “There is nothing more beautiful and special than creating a new life”, the model writes with a second photo.
Naleya Rose was born in early 2018. She is the first child of the 32-year-old football player and the 25-year-old Belgian model. The two have been together since 2015.
Van der Wiel was last under contract with Toronto FC, where he left in March 2019. Since then, the right back has been without a club. He is currently training at RKC Waalwijk.
