The viewers of the WNL program ‘Goedemorgen Nederland’ were surprised when they saw Frits Huffnagel (52) sitting at the table. The former politician came to talk about the elections, but he was not quite right. Viewers announced on Twitter that they thought he was drunk, but Frits said on RTL Boulevard that that was certainly not the case.
Frits was not seen for long in Goedemorgen Nederland. The VVD advisor could be seen in the program from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., but he was anything but good. He also did not return after that, although that suggestion was aroused. Frits tells RTL Boulevard that there is no reason to panic. “I was not drunk, no drugs, no drugs and no TIA. I overslept and was therefore not sharp.”
“I’ve gotten sweet reactions from people who were concerned, that’s not necessary. I am probably a bit exhausted and went to sleep well,” he continues. “It is also not because of the man with whom I will be in First Dates next Sunday,” jokes the former politician.
