Veronica Inside, Genee’s show, can currently still be heard daily between 4pm and 6pm. From November 2, the program moves to the morning.
Genee replaces Giel Beelen, who recently made the switch to NPO Radio 2. Sidekicks Niels van Baarlen and Rick Romijn are also moving along.
Schouten says he wants to try his role as a reporter for a week first. “To see if I can get up early,” said the reporter. It is still unclear exactly what he will do during the morning program. “I’m on location somewhere and we will discover the rest.”
It is not Schouten’s first job at Talpa. He previously made items for the television program Veronica Inside. He also works as a reporter at PowNed and NieuwNieuws.
The radio program Veronica Inside can be heard daily from Monday between 07:00 and 09:00.
