Ajax brings record international Spitse to Women’s Eredivisie

Ajax has reached an agreement with Sherida Spitse and the Norwegian Vålerenga about the transition from the midfielder to the Ajax Women.

The vice-captain of the Orange Women will sign a contract that will take effect on January 1, 2021 and will run for one and a half years, until June 30, 2022. The season in Norway has already ended, so there was room for a switch.

“The reason for choosing Ajax was because we were no longer one hundred percent happy abroad,” says the 30-year-old Spitse. “Then this option came up. I have always been a fan of Ajax myself. To wear the shirt yourself now is very nice. “
