Actor Olivier Richter, known as ‘The Dutch Giant’, will possibly return in the next Marvel movie. He said in an interview on NPO Radio 2. He plays a supporting role in the new blockbuster “Black Widow” with Scarlett Johansson. But studio Disney has put the film because of the corona crisis indefinitely on the shelf.
Olivier admits being disappointed. “Of course, movies and entertainment not important now,” confessed the bodybuilder interviewer Dolf Jansen. “But it’s a disappointment. It was my first role on the big screen, I was hoping that this would be my big break.”
However, the Dutch actor hopes for a restart after the corona crisis. “My character does not stop in Black Widow, so it can be sure that I return in a future Marvel film,” he reveals. In addition, there are auditions in major productions with Sylvester Stallone and starring Dwayne Johnson. “It would be great to go to those projects that would be a dream come true.”
It is unclear what will happen with Black Widow. Because all cinemas are closed all over the world, many big studio titles postponed indefinitely. Marvel fans have started a petition to release Black Widow on steamingdienst Disney +. The chances of this happening, moreover, seems small. The average Marvel Films will hit theaters more than $ 1 billion worldwide; it would miss the studio.
