“No torch relay, but Olympic flame by car from Japan ‘

The Olympic flame will not be a torch relay runners to go through Japan, but in a lantern by car transported by the various regions of the country to the Olympic Stadium in Tokyo. It has reported a spokesman for the local authorities in Fukushima.
