Nokia 8.3 has a 6.8 inch screen that fills almost the entire front of the device. Just below is a top left edge and the camera is placed in a hole in the screen. The phone supports most popular 5G frequency bands so that the device can use the faster network when available.

Further, the phone is provided with four camera lenses, supplied by ZEISS. It is next to a standard lens to a wide angle lens, a macro lens and a depth sensor.

Nokia 8.3 runs on a Snapdragon 765G Qualcomm and coming “this summer” in two versions on the market: one with 6GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage (599 euros) and one with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of storage (699 euros) .

Nokia 5.3 does not support 5G

HMD Global also announced the Nokia 5.3. This unit has a screen of 6.55 inches with a central drop-shaped notch for the camera. With this unit promises a battery life of two days. The Nokia 5.3 has four lenses.

This phone is provided with a Snapdragon 655 processor and does not support 5G networks. The device costs 199 euros.

Besides phones HMD Global also announced its own data SIM cards. People use the internet allows. Through an app they can customize a data plan to their needs. The SIM card works in over 120 countries, including the Netherlands.
