ING struggled Monday with an hour-long outage internet banking through its website and app. The failure customers encountered problems transfers.
ING Monday confirmed the failure to process payments. “You can wait for the best moment to pay until the message disappears”, the bank advised.
Around eight o’clock had solved the problems, the bank reported.
ING customers could during the disturbance still pegs in stores, withdraw money from ATMs or pay using iDEAL.
Since Monday afternoon around half 3 there were many complaints about the malfunctioning at AlleStoringen.nl. After half 8th most problems were resolved.
