Controversial book Woody Allen yet published by American publisher

A spokesman for Arcade Publishing says nothing about the decision to release the controversial book yet. It is also not yet known whether it comes out in Europe and whether Allen will give interviews about his memoirs.

Hachette Book Group decided Apropos of Nothing not to give out after 75 staff in protest over the publication of the memoirs office publishing widened. They did so in his own words “in solidarity with Ronan Farrow, Dylan Farrow and survivors of sexual abuse.”

Dylan Farrow’s adopted daughter Allen. They accuse the filmmaker of them have abused her sexually, which he denies. Ronan Farrow is her brother. He spent as a journalist sexual misconduct movie tycoon Harvey Weinstein to light.

Copies of the book were already printed and the filmmaker has already received a sum of money, Variety reported early March. “The decision not to release Allen’s book was difficult,” the publisher said in a statement. “We take our relationship with our authors seriously and cancel the publication of books not just.”
