Action Group against corona measures wraakt court for interim relief

Virus Madness has objected to the court in The Hague because bias would be.

The action group had claimed in a lawsuit that the government stops corona restrictive measures, including the rule that people 1.5 meters must love each other. The judge was the official death toll already accepted as fact on June 12 and therefore the opinion already given.

The challenge room of the court should consider now the request to remove the judge from the case. Which replaced the judge who should lead the lawsuit to cold symptoms, so he had to go into quarantine. He appeared to have no corona. Madness virus called the change of judges unfortunate timing and spoke of a coming out good “cough”.

Several dozen people had gathered Thursday in court as a statement of support. Signs or banners were thereby prohibited because it might look like a demonstration. Inside the courtroom defendants’ representatives Virus Madness over the plexiglass. “I feel very cramped between these screens,” said foreman Jeroen Pols Virus Madness. The judge did not allow for the removal of the screens.

Virus Madness did not address the rules by July 1 or be relaxed the rules that remain in conflict with fundamental rights. The country lawyer called a deficiency. “They do not go into the specific measures that would be illegal,” said the country lawyer, who enumerated the relaxations on 1 July. She stressed that there has been a democratic process, something disputed Virus Madness.
